Try Not To Think The Pain You Feel Inside

We are human being, complex human being. Sometimes we feel sad, busy, angry, hurt, worried or ignored. But why we not just keep it deep inside our heart? Sometimes we don’t want people around such as parents or friends feel stress when we sad or when we are angry. Because when we are depressive, actually direct or indirectly we will affect people around, people that we love much. Try not to over-expose your feeling. Everyone have their own and different feelings everyday, definitely. Sometimes we are ok, but sometimes we not.

Just take for a while to think about your felling, and then let it go. When we feel hurt sometimes we just want to them leave us alone. Somehow we feel empty then we don’t want them to come in. But do not bother to let the feeling goes as time goes on. Try not to think the pain you feel inside. Yes, we are exposed to many problems everyday. But the problem is actually not a problem when we not think much about it. It is actually just a test for us whether we can figure it out or not.

Try to think about this:

1/ What make you feel trusted, angry, or annoyed?
2/ What make you feel disappointed, sad, or hurt?
3/ What make you feel sorry, embarrassed, or ashamed?
4/ What do you wish, want, or need?

:: Take a second to answer each of questions and share whatever comes up. If the question is about feelings of anger, but feelings of sadness arise, then talk about what makes you sad, but do take a moment to consider what makes you angry. Use this guide to assist you looking within and sharing whatever you find.

Stop looking behind you and wondering what went wrong. Instead, look ahead and see what is possible. You can do whatever you want to, and you can do it well.
